Welcome to the PETA Literature Web Catalog!
We encourage you to educate your friends, family, and coworkers
by sharing leaflets, posting stickers, passing along your Animal
Times magazine, or giving everyone you know our cruelty-free
pocket shopping guide.
Below you’ll find a special list of frequently asked questions
with answers to most of the questions we receive. Please take a
look to see if your question is addressed here. If not, you can
reach us by e-mail at CustomerService@peta.org
or by telephone at 757-622-7382, extension
8363. We’re here to help, so please feel free to
contact us!
Q. Can I change the quantity of leaflets or stickers in
a pack?
A. I’m sorry, but in order to streamline
literature requests as much as possible, we are unable to break
up sets of 50 leaflets or 60 stickers, for example. However, you
can request a sample or two of a few leaflets at no charge. Just
send your request along with your complete name and mailing address
to Info@peta.org.
Q. When will my literature ship?
A. If the items you requested are in stock, they
will ship out to you the next business day after we’ve received
your request. Weekend requests are received on Monday and shipped
on Tuesday.
Q. How will my literature ship?
A. For packages shipped within the U.S., we use
either UPS or the U.S. Postal Service. For international packages,
we ship via DHL, FedEx, or U.S. Parcel Post. Our shipping methods
vary depending on the weight of the package, the country, the state,
and whether there is a street address available. Packages to Alaska,
Hawaii, and Puerto Rico and P.O. boxes are always shipped via the
U.S. Postal Service.
Q. Is my credit card charged when I enter
my order?
A. Yes and no. Your credit card will be “validated”
and your total amount will be “reserved” by your credit
card company, but it will not actually be “charged”
to your account until we confirm your order.
Q. Do I have to pay by credit card?
A. To request literature online, you will need
a Visa or MasterCard. However, we will gladly take your request
by mail as well. You can send your request along with a check or
money order made out to PETA (in U.S. funds) to: PETA Literature,
501 Front St., Norfolk, VA 23510 USA.
